When I don't choose to designate to specific charities, how is the money divided? If you check the "ALL 16 HEALTH CHARITIES" box on the donor form, the donation is divided using the following formula: 60% of the donation is split evenly among the 16 charities while the remaining 40% is divided using the percent that each charity received from the previous year's campaign—a formula devised by the charities themselves. |
