Health Tip

Most older people – even those with illnesses or disabilities – can do moderate exercise.

Here are some other tips for active seniors:
  • Start and end each session with a stretching routine. This protects your limbs and back from sprains and strains.
  • Include a good walk in your routine. Take a stroll outside in the summer, or tour the malls in the winter.
  • Keep your program going, and aim for four times a week.
